If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free Exchange process. Eligibility for exchanges:
To be eligible for an exchange , the item must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchange requests.
The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear and tear. Please ensure all tags and labels are still intact and attached to the garment.
Initiating a exchange:
To initiate an exchange m, please contact us at prettychaosapparel@gmail.com, providing your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
Exchange Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the Exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and secure delivery. Please include the RA# provided by our support team in the return package to facilitate easy processing.
In case of a defective or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping costs, and further instructions will be provided by our customer support team.
Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange policy guidelines. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the inspection and processing of your exchange.
Exchange:
If the returned item meets our return policy criteria, we will proceed with an exchange.
In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly after processing the return.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as intimate apparel and accessories like earrings, are non-returnable. Additionally, any items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance sales are also ineligible for returns.
